After two months, and at least six follow-up calls or texts (all initiated by me), I finally gave up. When the washer boot got bent out of shape and the washer started leaking, Rix was the first place I turned to for the repair. I bought a washer-dryer duo from Rix a few years back and was very happy with the appliance, the price and the experience. It makes no sense as to why you would treat anyone this way let alone a customer. I don’t even know what to say except maybe they only like to sell to people that look like them? I could not explain their rude behavior to us any other way. We are seriously appalled at their behavior and lack of customer service. Plus every time I spoke on the phone with them, they would cut me off mid sentence and hang up the phone. They finally came at 3:45 - almost 2 hours late and bang bang boom took 15 minutes to install the appliance and left like they had to catch the train. Then my husband called them at 3:30 and the person on the phone became upset and used the GD curse words. They were supposed to come at 2 pm to put in our appliance, I called them at 2:30 and they said we are on our way. I was really surprised at the terrible customer service after reading all the reviews and usually knowing that local places are nicer than brand name stores, my husband and I were in shock when The person on the phone used the G**D*** word.
